Pecan Hollow Room Rental
- Outside catering is permitted, and the renter must bring all supplies.
- All alcohol beverages must be purchased from the facility.
- Absolutely NO outside alcohol allowed.
- Absolutely NO confetti, glitter, or flower petals are allowed. There is a $200.00 extra cleanup fee if any type of confetti, glitter or flower petals are used. This includes confetti used to decorate tables.
- Golfers will have three tables reserved up until one hour before the party begins.
- We provide ice and a small warming oven.
- Rental includes one employee.
- Only the employee has access to the kitchen and bar.
Room Rental is $1,400 plus tax. Availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Gratuity is $200.
Option times for parties are 6 pm – 11 pm. All parties must be over by quitting time or pay an extra $200 for every hour. Additional time must be added by 8:30 pm or prior the day of the party.
